As a lawyer and specialist lawyer for international business law, I deal with matters relating to international distribution law and corporate law. I advise on sales law issues relating to vertical distribution systems (franchises, commercial agents and authorized dealers), including the relevant aspects of competition and foreign trade law. For companies and public clients on issues relating to corporate responsibility, CSR and anti-corruption. My clients are mainly small and medium-sized companies in the fields of technology, contract research, trade and services. In addition, I advise start-up projects in the run-up to and during the formation of companies as well as young companies and start-ups.
